Grief & Loss Counselling in Perth
When someone or something important is gone, life can feel unfamiliar. You might want to talk about what you have lost, or you may not know how to put it into words.
Grief counselling in West Perth and online offers a place to be heard, without pressure to feel differently or reach a particular point by a certain time.
There is room for your experience
Your loss may involve a death, a relationship, health, a role or the future you had imagined. You may be carrying sadness, anger, guilt, numbness, relief or feelings that are difficult to name.
You don’t have to explain why the loss matters. We can talk about the person, relationship or part of life you miss, and what getting through the day is like for you now.
What we can work on together
Making space to speak about your loss and the feelings around it.
Navigating changes in routines, relationships and your sense of identity.
Thinking about anniversaries, difficult conversations and what support you need.
Finding small ways to care for yourself and stay connected, while making room for what matters to you.
You decide what to share. Sessions can include memories and meaning, practical day-to-day concerns, or simply space for what feels present that day.
You don’t have to carry it alone
You may worry about upsetting others or feel that people expect you to be doing better. Counselling gives you time that is set aside for your experience. There is no requirement to follow stages or move on from the person or life you have lost.

I offer a neuroaffirming approach. If you have ADHD or autism, or need a different pace, we can adapt how we communicate and work together. You can ask for clearer structure, time to think or clarification. Counselling here does not provide a diagnostic assessment.
