Tony Morgan Counselling respects your privacy. Information you send through an enquiry form is used to respond to your enquiry and arrange services where appropriate.
Enquiries
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, phone number and a brief message. Please avoid including detailed or sensitive health information. Enquiries are processed using Squarespace and the practice email account.
Client forms & Appointments
Bookings, client records and intake and consent forms are managed in Zanda. Bank account details are handled separately through GoCardless. These services have their own privacy information and security arrangements.
Confidentiality
Information is kept confidential, with limits where there is a serious risk of harm, child safety concerns or a legal requirement to disclose information. De-identified professional supervision may support the quality of your care. The intake and consent form explains this further.
