Your first session.
You don’t need to have the right words. We can start with what brought you here and take things one step at a time.
Before we meet
Before your first counselling session, your welcome email will guide you through the intake and consent form and payment setup. You can complete your form securely in Zanda and find a copy under My Forms.
When you arrive

I offer a neuroaffirming approach. If you have ADHD or autism, or need a different pace, we can adapt how we communicate and work together. You can ask for clearer structure, time to think or clarification. Counselling here does not provide a diagnostic assessment.
