Breakup & Life Changes Counselling in Perth
When a relationship ends, it can feel as though more than one part of your life has gone with it. Your routines, future plans, friendships and sense of who you are may all feel different.
You don’t have to work out the whole next chapter at once. Counselling in West Perth and online offers space to talk through the loss, uncertainty and decisions in front of you.
Starting over can feel complicated
You might miss someone and know the relationship needed to end. You may feel relieved one day and overwhelmed the next, keep replaying what happened, or find it hard to trust your own judgement.
Life changes can also follow a move, a change of career or a future that no longer looks how you expected. We can start with the part that feels hardest to carry.
What we can work on together
Making room for grief, anger, loneliness or mixed feelings without rushing yourself.
Exploring attachment patterns, contact with an ex and the boundaries you want now.
Reconnecting with your values, friendships, routines and identity outside the relationship.
Thinking through decisions and taking small steps towards a life that feels more like yours.
Sessions focus on your experience and choices. There is no set timetable for feeling ready, and no expectation that you should have moved on by now.
Individual support for relationships and change
You can attend on your own to explore relationship experiences, communication and what you want going forward. This is individual counselling; you do not need a partner or former partner to take part.

I offer a neuroaffirming approach. If you have ADHD or autism, or need a different pace, we can adapt how we communicate and work together. You can ask for clearer structure, time to think or clarification. Counselling here does not provide a diagnostic assessment.
