Anxiety, Stress & Burnout Counselling in Perth
When your mind won’t switch off or every day feels like something to get through, it can be hard to know where to start. You don’t need to wait until you reach breaking point to talk.
Individual counselling in West Perth and online gives you space to understand what’s weighing on you and work towards changes that fit your life.
Does any of this feel familiar?
You may be replaying conversations, worrying about what comes next, saying yes when you’re already stretched, or finding it difficult to rest without feeling guilty. Work, relationships and everyday responsibilities can leave little room for yourself.
We can start with what you’re noticing. You don’t need a diagnosis or a perfectly clear explanation.
What we can work on together
Making sense of the situations, thoughts and expectations that keep pressure building.
Exploring overthinking, self-criticism and patterns of taking too much on.
Practising grounding, setting boundaries and finding realistic ways to recover.
Choosing small changes around work, relationships and routines that feel manageable.
The pace and focus are agreed with you. There is space to talk things through, alongside practical tools you can try between sessions.
Something to start with
If you’d like a simple reflection tool, these free worksheets are already available on the Resources page. Use whichever feels useful; there is no need to complete them before your appointment.

I offer a neuroaffirming approach. If you have ADHD or autism, or need a different pace, we can adapt how we communicate and work together. You can ask for clearer structure, time to think or clarification. Counselling here does not provide a diagnostic assessment.
