Counselling for ADHD & Autistic Adults in Perth
If everyday life takes more out of you than other people seem to realise, you deserve space to talk about it without having to explain or defend every part of your experience.
Counselling for autistic adults and adults with ADHD in West Perth and online offers space to talk about stress, relationships, boundaries and life changes.
Room to be understood
You may be exploring a late diagnosis, questioning what fits for you, or finding that approaches which sound simple on paper don’t work in your day-to-day life. You may want to talk about identity, feeling different, or the effort involved in meeting other people’s expectations.
We can be curious about your experience without treating difference as something to fix. Your preferences, strengths and challenges can guide the work.
What we can work on together
Noticing overwhelm and the demands that take the most out of you.
Exploring emotions, self-criticism and the expectations you hold yourself to.
Finding clearer ways to communicate needs and set boundaries.
Understanding relationships, identity and routines in a way that fits your life.
Sessions can adapt to you
You can ask for a clear plan, direct questions, time to think, clarification or a written summary of a practical step. We can slow down, focus on one thing at a time and check whether an approach is useful for you.
You don’t need to communicate in a particular way to be taken seriously. We can discuss what makes the space and the conversation easier to use.
Something to start with
These free worksheets are optional tools to explore at your own pace. Use the parts that fit, or bring them along to discuss together:
I offer general counselling for the concerns you bring. I don’t provide ADHD or autism diagnoses or specialist assessments. We can discuss whether counselling fits what you are looking for and when another professional may be better placed to help.

I offer a neuroaffirming approach. If you have ADHD or autism, or need a different pace, we can adapt how we communicate and work together. You can ask for clearer structure, time to think or clarification. Counselling here does not provide a diagnostic assessment.
